This minimum amount allows us to cover all those fixed expenses that are generated during the study and opening phases of loans with Financial Credit Institution and embargoes without the applicant having to advance money. Raising the minimum amount also allows us to lower the interest rate (which is always between 9% and 12% for all our loans ) to make all operations profitable.

Legal and safe
We sign all our loans with Financial Credit Institution and embargoes before the notary of the city of Spain that the applicant chooses. As we have previously said, we have a team relocated throughout the Spanish territory, so it will be a representative of our company who will go to the Notary Public that the applicant chooses to sign his loan.
